Refund Policy

Subscription Billing
Living Waters Homeschool memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Billing begins after any eligible introductory free trial ends, and recurs on the same calendar date each month until you cancel.
Introductory Free Trials
Eligible new paid subscriptions may begin with a 30-day introductory free trial. A payment method is required at checkout to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the selected paid monthly membership and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly price.
Failing to cancel before the end of an introductory trial does not by itself create refund eligibility for the charge that occurs when the trial converts to a paid subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Paid memberships automatically renew monthly until you cancel. Each renewal authorizes a charge for the next billing period.
Failing to cancel before a monthly renewal does not by itself create refund eligibility for the renewal charge.
Access During Paid Period
Once a billing cycle begins, you retain full access to all Platform features through the end of your paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel within that period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is prospective — it stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been properly processed.
To cancel, visit Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription, or contact our support team through the Platform. Canceling before the end of a paid period allows you to continue using the Platform through the end of that period without further charges.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once properly charged, except where required by applicable law or where Living Waters determines that a billing error or other qualifying exception exists.
We encourage you to evaluate the Platform during any available introductory trial period before your subscription converts to a paid membership.
Unused Time and Prorated Refunds
No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a paid billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error — including duplicate charges caused by a platform or billing error — please contact our support team promptly through the Platform. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected or refunded at Living Waters' discretion.
Unauthorized Charges
If you suspect an unauthorized charge on your account, please report it promptly to our support team through the Platform and contact your payment method provider. Living Waters will investigate reported unauthorized charges. We do not guarantee a specific outcome for any individual report, as investigations depend on the circumstances and information available.
Legally Required Refunds
Where applicable law requires a refund, Living Waters will honor that obligation.
Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)
If you upgrade your plan, any prorated difference for the current billing period may be charged immediately. If you downgrade, the change typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Downgrading does not automatically generate a refund for the current period; you retain access to your higher-tier features through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Founding Member Pricing
Founding Member pricing is a discounted monthly rate that continues for as long as you maintain an active qualifying membership. If you terminally cancel your qualifying membership, the Founding rate is forfeited, and returning later does not automatically restore it unless Living Waters expressly grants an exception. Trial eligibility is separate from Founding price eligibility — a former customer who has already consumed the introductory trial does not receive another introductory free trial merely because a Founding offer is available.
