These terms govern participation in the Living Waters Homeschool Ambassador Program.
Program Overview
Living Waters Homeschool offers an Ambassador Program that allows approved ambassadors to share the Living Waters platform with other homeschool families and earn commission on qualifying subscriptions.
Commission Structure
Approved ambassadors earn a 15% recurring commission on subscription payments made by families who sign up using their unique referral link.
Commission Duration
Commissions are paid for up to 12 months for each referred family while their subscription remains active.
Payment Timing
Commissions are calculated monthly and are generated only after successful subscription payments are received.
Refund Handling
If a subscription payment is refunded or cancelled, the associated commission may be revoked.
Fraud Prevention
Self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system may result in removal from the ambassador program and forfeiture of commissions.
Tax Reporting
Ambassadors who earn $500 or more may be required to complete a W-9 for tax reporting purposes.
Program Termination
Living Waters Homeschool reserves the right to remove ambassadors from the program if program rules are violated.
